Croquembouche

The clients had been to Paris the year before and wanted to celebrate their wedding anniversary with a traditional French dessert. They had seen various croquembouches in France and wanted to include one in their French-themed celebration.

Details

  • About 60 cream puffs, filled with vanilla pastry cream
  • Decorated with spun sugar
  • An additional 120 cream puffs were provided to allow for three puffs per guest
